Email Consultations

An email consultation booked with Pet Behaviour Service will be carried out by Dr Uwe Gerecke to the best of his ability and knowledge, based on the information provided by you. However, due to the remote nature of the consultation, we cannot accept any liability in the event of incidental or consequential damages in connection with, or arising out of, the furnishing, performance, or use of the instructions and suggestions given in the consultation.

If you are concerned in any way about the safety of you, your pet or any other person or animal involved with your pet in view of the behaviour displayed by it, you are urged to see a relevant and qualified specialist for individual advice.

Phone Consultations

A phone consultation booked with Pet Behaviour Service will be carried out by Dr Uwe Gerecke to the best of his ability and knowledge, based on the information provided by you. However, due to the remote nature of the consultation, we cannot accept any liability in the event of incidental or consequential damages in connection with, or arising out of, the furnishing, performance, or use of the instructions and suggestions given during my consultation.

Please note that it is only possible for us to phone you on a regular landline.

Cancelling a booked phone consultaion is possible only at least 24 hours in advance. Pet Behaviour Service reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (50% of the original fee), if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you are not available under the phone number provided by you, at the time of the agreed appointment.
