Downloadable Items

The downloadable items in our online shop are for personal use only and can be viewed on your computer as well as printed out. We regret that we cannot accept returns for downloadable items.

Phone and Email Consultations

After odering a phone or email consultation you will be able to download a form that you need to fill in and return. By filling in and returning this form you confirm that you have understood and that you agree to our conditions and limitations of liability. In case you do not agree, please notify us accordingly within 7 days from the date of your booking and we will be happy to refund the full fee paid. After this period, or after you have returned the filled-in form to us, it will no longer be possible to refund your fee or part of it.
