Phone Consultations
You can book a behaviour consultation by phone for your dog or cat with Dr Uwe Gerecke. A phone consultation offers the benefit of saving time and cost and may be perfectly adequate to help you with your pet's problem.
Phone consultations for dogs usually last 45 minutes, and for cats 30 minutes. When booking you can decide whether or not you would like to receive a written report by e-mail afterwards for an additional fee. This report might be useful for you for later reference or to pass on to your local vet. Please choose the option you require below, using our online shopping facility. Once your payment is processed you will be able to download a form asking for general information about you and your pet. Please complete this form and return it to us. On receipt of the filled-in form we will get back to you by phone or email within one business day, suggesting possible dates for the phone consultation. Please confirm one of these dates as quickly as possible. On the agreed date and time Dr Gerecke will then phone you on the landline number provided by you.
